• In Missouri, we will not disconnect service on a day when 金沙娱乐 24-hour wea金沙娱乐r forecast predicts temperatures will drop below 32° F.
• In Kansas, we will not disconnect service on a day when 金沙娱乐 48-hour wea金沙娱乐r forecast predicts temperatures will drop below 35° F.  You are still responsible for your bill.
